Forum Outline:

The Silicon Europe Taiwan Day is organised by the European Business and Regulatory Cooperation Programme in Taiwan (EBRC) along with Silicon Europe and will be held in parallel with SEMICON Taiwan 2015. The half-day event will bring together key industrial and institutional micro- and nano-electronics players in Europe and Taiwan.


The objective is for industry experts to gather insights on European excellence in the fields of micro- and nano-electronics, present European competitive clusters’ know-how, experience and innovations, such as “Silicon Europe”, as well as to offer the opportunity for direct B2B matchmaking.

About the EBRC 

The European Business and Regulatory Cooperation programme in Taiwan (EBRC) is funded by the European Union, under the supervision of the European Commission. The programme concentrates on paving the way for sustainable engagement and cooperation between Europe and Taiwan. 


At SEMICON Taiwan 2015, the organisers will bring representatives from top European technology clusters, including leaders in innovative electronics from Silicon Europe. Silicon Europe is the transnational cluster alliance that comprises 840 members from industry, research and local governments, covering the whole micro- and nano-electronics value chain in Europe. The alliance is developing its internationalization strategy and is looking for cooperation partners.
